What we plan and deliver

We specify the trigger, data source, owner and intended action. Automatic operations are separated from cases requiring a human decision. Connections to a CRM, spreadsheet or accounting platform follow access checks and the systems’ actual capabilities.

What determines the quote

Steps, data transformation, API constraints and recovery requirements determine complexity. Development, exception testing and ongoing support are separate items. External subscriptions and infrastructure costs need explicit agreement.

How the work is accepted

Tests include duplicate events, missing fields, unavailable services and partially completed operations. The workflow needs an understandable status and manual intervention route. Time savings can be measured after implementation, not invented before observation.

Service scope

Pricing varies by project scope. After a short brief, we provide a fixed quote based on complexity, content readiness and required integrations.

What is worth automating. Anything done daily by hand following one rule. Moving enquiries from the site into a CRM. Sending order status updates. Assembling a report from three spreadsheets. Answering the same five questions. The test is simple: if you can write the action down as an instruction, it can be automated.

What is not. A rare, short task is not automatically worth automating. The integration still has to be built, tested and maintained, so we compare frequency, error risk and manual effort before recommending it.

How we calculate payback. We look at time per task, frequency, labour cost and ongoing maintenance. If the economics are weak, we recommend keeping the step manual or simplifying it without a separate automation layer.

Typical work. Site-to-CRM integration, API data exchange with your back office, automated email sequences after an enquiry, chatbots on site and in Telegram, AI-assisted enquiry handling, and automated reports replacing manual spreadsheets.

03 / CONNECTION

Not separate parts. One coherent system.

The components work together around your business scenario. We agree how the solution will be checked and handed over, and what support is needed after launch.

The graphics illustrate the approach, not measured client results.
