Web Development

A website starts with the job it must do for visitors and your team, not with choosing a template.

What we plan and deliver

We examine the offer, audiences and primary visitor actions before agreeing a page map, prototypes, visual system and editing workflow. Development covers the approved templates, responsive layouts, forms and connections between sections. A catalogue, account area or integration belongs in the scope only when it solves a defined need, rather than making the feature list longer.

What determines the quote

The estimate depends on distinct templates, languages, content readiness and functional complexity. A small information site and a multilingual platform with data exchange require different work. We separate planning, design, development and optional tasks in the proposal. Domains, hosting, paid licences and substantial content preparation are discussed separately where required.

How the work is accepted

Acceptance follows agreed scenarios on mobile and desktop: navigation, reading, submitting an enquiry and editing essential fields. We also check URLs, metadata and internal links. Acceptance criteria are established before implementation; ongoing support has its own agreed scope.

Service scope

Pricing varies by project scope. After a short brief, we provide a fixed quote based on complexity, content readiness and required integrations.

Those are floors, and you get a firm number within one to two working days of the brief. It goes into the contract and does not move unless the scope does.

Why our quote can differ from a US agency quote. We work from Ukraine, so the cost structure is different. That does not make every US quote overpriced or every custom build necessary. We price the scope you actually need: structure, design, development, integrations and handover, with a custom theme when the project benefits from it rather than forcing that choice on every brief.

The questions US clients actually ask first. Who owns the code — you do, in full, from the moment of final payment; there is no license, no lock-in, no monthly fee to keep your own site. What about time zones — we keep a four to six hour overlap with US Eastern, so a message sent in your morning gets answered the same day. Is there a contract — yes, with every client, signed before the first line of code.

How the work runs. There are two of us. The person who ran your kickoff call is the person who ships the project — no account manager relaying your words in their own. The trade-off is real: we take few projects at a time, and if the queue is full we say so instead of stacking you behind someone else.

What you get. Page structure approved before any design work. Custom layouts for desktop, tablet and phone. A WordPress theme built for your site, with a normal admin panel you can use without calling anyone. SEO groundwork: meta tags, schema, page speed, sitemap. Forms, analytics, a handover session and a recorded walkthrough.

The clock starts when materials arrive, not at payment. If the brief comes back in two days and the photos take three weeks, the project waits three weeks. The contract ties the deadline to the date we have everything, which keeps the timeline honest in both directions.

02 / ARCHITECTURE

Every layer has a purpose.

We connect the task, the user journey and the technical foundation. Scope and priorities are agreed before implementation.

03 / CONNECTION

Not separate parts. One coherent system.

The components work together around your business scenario. We agree how the solution will be checked and handed over, and what support is needed after launch.

The graphics illustrate the approach, not measured client results.
