Task
HairVenta buys natural hair from people in Ukraine and Poland. The client came to WebManna Studio for more than a good-looking website: they needed a working business tool that explains the offer clearly and leads every visitor to a concrete next step.
Selling your hair is a sensitive decision, and the price depends on length, colour, condition and other details. The main goal was to turn this complex, personal evaluation into a simple online journey: get a preliminary estimate, send photos, choose how to sell and get in touch. Visitors had to find quick answers to practical questions — what the service offers, how the price is formed, what happens next and how to contact the team.
We also took the specifics of the niche into account. The site had to feel professional and trustworthy without forcing people to learn industry jargon, so every page was planned around the user's questions rather than the company's internal structure.
Solution
We started with the information architecture: mapped the main user scenarios, grouped the content logically and placed calls to action where a visitor already has enough information to decide. Key parts of the platform: an online calculator for a preliminary estimate; a photo submission flow via a form or messengers; city location pages; two ways to sell — through a partner salon or by mail; content for both Ukrainian and Polish audiences.
Trust was the main focus. We explained what affects the estimate, clearly separated the preliminary price from the final offer, and gave photo privacy and the terms of sale their own dedicated blocks.
The layouts were designed mobile-first, because the phone is usually the first point of contact for service websites. After the first build we refined the copy, block length, buttons and section order to remove unnecessary steps. The content stays editable in the CMS, so the client can keep the platform up to date after launch.
Results
The website works as a service funnel rather than a simple business card: a visitor can get a price guide on their own, send details for a more accurate estimate and choose the most convenient way to continue.
The final version has a complete responsive structure, clear contact points and a foundation for further growth. We deliberately do not publish invented sales, traffic or conversion figures: the result is described through the product that was actually built, its functionality and the business scenario it supports — a clear presentation, professional positioning and a base for future marketing and SEO.
