A store is more than a product display: the journey from catalogue data to order handling needs to be agreed.

What we plan and deliver
Categories, attributes, variants and search are planned alongside the basket and checkout. We clarify the sources of prices and stock, responsibility for orders, and the payment and delivery options actually available. Product pages explain configuration, constraints and the next step instead of relying on an attractive image alone.
What determines the quote
Catalogue size is only one factor; variants, pricing rules, imports and external connections can be more significant. The proposal separates the storefront, data transfer and payment or logistics integrations. Bulk content entry, paid extensions and provider fees are clarified before work starts.
How the work is accepted
Testing covers mobile checkout, quantity changes, unavailable products and repeated actions. Payment state is checked against the real order status. We agree how staff receive and handle the records without implying integrations beyond the approved scope.
Service scope
Pricing varies by project scope. After a short brief, we provide a fixed quote based on complexity, content readiness and required integrations.
What actually moves the number. Product count matters, but it rarely explains the quote on its own. A large clean catalogue can be easier to import than a smaller one with inconsistent attributes. We price the data structure, filters and variations, integrations, and the rules for exchanging stock, prices and orders with your CRM or back-office system.
Where stores lose money. Not on the homepage. At checkout. The customer reaches the cart and hits mandatory registration, shipping that does not calculate itself and a twelve-field form. So checkout is two steps, with live shipping rates and guest purchase. That is baseline work here, not an upsell.
WooCommerce or OpenCart. WooCommerce is more flexible and plays better with content and SEO. OpenCart handles very large catalogues more lightly and makes sense if your back office already speaks to it. We tell you which fits after looking at your catalogue, not before.
What we will not promise. That the store starts selling the day after launch. A store is a tool, not a traffic source. Orders need people on the site — ads, SEO, or an audience you already have. If someone bundles guaranteed sales into a build quote, ask exactly which mechanism delivers them.
For US clients specifically. Stripe, PayPal and Authorize.Net on the payment side; live carrier rates for shipping; sales tax handled through the platform or your accounting tool. We sign a contract with every client, and full rights plus all credentials transfer to you on final payment — no license, no monthly fee to keep your own store running.

02 / ARCHITECTURE
Every layer has a purpose.
We connect the task, the user journey and the technical foundation. Scope and priorities are agreed before implementation.

03 / CONNECTION
Not separate parts. One coherent system.
The components work together around your business scenario. We agree how the solution will be checked and handed over, and what support is needed after launch.
The graphics illustrate the approach, not measured client results.
